Lux Dale

The Lux Dale is our "Old Scottsdale Model," featuring traditional
architecture with exposed beam pergolas, tile roofing and opera balcony.  This model brings a cultured feel with its rod iron accents, canvas window canopy and iron railing. A two-story model with approx. 157 sq. ft. and standing approx. 14' high to the top of the pitch.
All designs and builds are customizable and site specific.
